Information that makes livestock listings easier to assess

01
Describe each animal clearly
Useful livestock listings distinguish species, breed where known, sex, age or age range, approximate weight and how it was estimated, identification marks, quantity, production purpose, location, and availability. Photograph the actual animals from useful angles without hiding visible condition. A group photograph should not imply that every animal is identical.
02
Support health information
Keep vaccination, treatment, illness, mortality, movement, and veterinary records for each animal or defined group. Do not diagnose disease from an online photograph. Isolate a sick animal, limit unnecessary movement, use protective hygiene, and contact an appropriate veterinary professional when animals show sudden illness, unusual deaths, breathing problems, diarrhoea, neurological signs, or unexplained production loss.

03
Agree inspection and transport
Before agreement, clarify inspection, loading responsibility, fitness for transport, permits, route, journey duration, rest and water arrangements, delivery point, rejection conditions, and who carries each cost. Payment remains directly arranged between buyer and seller in the MVP; Ashong records agreed terms but does not hold funds or guarantee delivery.
